As standard, we inform the contact persons you specify when you sign the contract. At the same time, we immediately dispatch a response team to investigate the situation.

  • The emergency alarm can be triggered in an emergency regardless of the alarm status - it is an indication of a health emergency or other emergency. This type of alarm can be triggered using both the panic button and the control keypad. The method of triggering is set by the installer during the installation of the alarm, usually by the customer increasing the last digit of his code by 1, i.e. instead of 1234 he enters 1235.

  • Yes, it will. However, in the event of any incident at your property, we will not be able to respond without an alarm system connected to us. You will receive a notification from MyJABLOTRON, but the operator will not receive this information. Please also note that you are not always in range of your mobile phone - sleeping / working / holiday / place without signal etc.

  • If there are cameras connected to the building, our operators will visually check the whole situation after receiving information about the alarm. In the event of an emergency (intrusion by an offender), the operators can also immediately forward the verified event to the Police of the Czech Republic.
